Making it Right

"All the guys and young ladies were very nice. They explained everything well and were very caring. These are the kind of people I like to deal with. I would recommend SERVPRO to others, as I know things are going to be taken care of."

We strive for these kind of comments on every Completion Of Satisfaction form we send out. We are dealing with people that are having a bad day and they are looking for an "it's going to be ok". Most people will only go through an event like this once in their life. 

The challenges each team deals with on a daily basis can be trying. This particular customer's basement had close to foot of water in it. The family had been gone for a weekend and came back to this mess. Not a great way to end a getaway weekend. The team assessed the damage and made it "Like it never even happened."
